Owen Reilly an award-winning Estate Agent appointed Carlisle as contractor for the fit-out of their new Dubin city centre office at Forbes Street, Grand Canal Dock.  

The architectural design was completed by IWSL and created a bright, warm, and welcoming space for both the Owen Reilly team and attracting prospective clients into the beautiful double-height reception area. 

Key features for this project were the use of new floor finishes to combine both a commercial but yet residential feel and seamlessly blend the metal/glass staircase and mezzanine into the office. Feature lighting was also an important consideration in creating the correct ambiance in the different work zones.
