Trintech

Carlisle was appointed as the main contractor after a successful competitive tender for the Cat A refurbishment of common areas within the Five South County (formerly the Trintech Building), South Dublin Business Park, Sandyford. 

The architectural design was completed by  Eaton Wood Architect,and PM was TFT consultants breathing new life and modernising areas. This was achieved with the use of a natural colour palette, introducing a mix of materials including wood and brass, acoustic products and the introduction of greenery and a feature living wall. 

Our works were completed in a live occupied building with no disruption or complaints from tenants resulting in a welcoming and serene common space for all users.
